Prices:

VAT is included in the price, currently at 25%.

Payment Method:

We offer a variety of payment options in partnership with Klarna, including invoice, partial payment, credit card, and direct payment. Invoices are sent via email upon shipment and have a 14-day maturity period. Additional information and full terms and conditions can be found on Klarna’s website.

Delivery Time:

Typically, delivery time is 5-10 days for in-stock items. However, during peak seasons and weekends, it may take longer. Delays may also occur if we are away at trade shows or other events.

Delivery:

We use Schenker for shipping and are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company.

Shipping:

Shipping charges are based on the actual weight of the order and are automatically calculated in the online store. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returned or unwanted items.

Damage and Unclaimed Packages:

In case of damaged packages, customers should immediately notify the carrier and file a claim. Do not accept a damaged package! If damage is not discovered until the package is opened and is due to the carrier’s handling, contact them to file a claim. If the issue cannot be resolved, please contact us. If an order is not picked up before being returned to us (packages after 1 month, letters after 14 days), a fee of 50 Euro will be charged for handling and carrier charges.

Refund Policy: We want to ensure your satisfaction with our products. You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after delivery. To exercise this right, you must clearly communicate your decision to return the product (e.g. through a letter sent by mail or email). It is sufficient to send us your message before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal:

In case of withdrawal, all payments received will be reimbursed. The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your decision to withdraw. The same means of payment used for the initial transaction will be used for the refund, unless otherwise agreed upon. The refund will not cost you anything except for the shipping cost that you will be responsible for.
