Why can’t I dismiss the alarm on my unit in the NG APP?

That’s because the system locks the alarm until it has been notified by the device that the alarm is solved.

For example, when a device loses its connection with the network, you get the “alarm Connection lost”, and when the unit communicates with the system again, the alarm will then be dismissed by the system automatically.
