Why doesn’t Bluetooth work with the remote control on FeedCon®?

Verify that the Bluetooth antenna on your device is functioning properly.

Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone for the Nordic Gamekeeper app:

On an iPhone, go to settings and find the Nordic Gamekeeper app, make sure Bluetooth permissions are granted.

On an Android, go to settings, select apps, find the Nordic Gamekeeper app and ensure Bluetooth permissions are granted.

Ensure that the FeedCon® device is not currently connected to another nearby Bluetooth device.

If you are still experiencing issues, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and allow it to use your phone’s Bluetooth when prompted.
