payment method

In collaboration with Klarna, we offer invoice payment, part payment, credit card payment and direct payment.

Our invoices are sent via mail in connection with the order being sent from us. The invoice has a maturity of 14 days. You can find more information and full terms and conditions on Klarna’s payment method at Klarna.se

delivery time

Normal delivery time is about 5-10 days for goods in stock . During peak season and on weekends it may take longer. Sometimes we are out of town at trade fairs, etc., and this can also delay.

We can ship your package with Schenker. We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping company.

shipping

Shipping charges for an order are charged for the actual weight, this happens automatically in the shop and the cost of shipping is shown there. For unwanted, returned goods, the customer cover the freight cost.

damage to the package and not picked up package

If you discover damage to the package, you should immediately notify the post office or other carrier and make a claim. Do not collect a damaged package! If you do not discover the damage until you opened the package, and the damage is of a nature that it can be connected to the carrier’s handling, you should contact them and make a claim. If the dispute by mail or carrier can not be resolved, please contact us.

Have you ordered and not picked up your shipment before it is returned to us (package about 1 month, letter 14 days), we will bill you 50 Euro for our work with the handling of the goods and freight company charges.

refund policy

We want to be sure that you are completely satisfied with our products. You have the right to cancel your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after delivery. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send a clear message about your decision to return the product (eg a letter sent by post or e-mail). For you to have time to exercise your withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send us your message that you intend to return the product before the withdrawal period has expired.

effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you. The repayment will be made without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment of the refund that you have used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed with us otherwise. In any case, the refund will not cost you anything except the shipping cost that you will cover.
