My camera does not send pictures with NG-SIMĀ®, what could be the reason?

  • Verify that your subscription is active.
  • Ensure that the SMTP/FTP settings in the camera are correct and free of typos.
  • Confirm that the APN is entered correctly, without any errors.
  • Verify that the Camera email (applicable only for SMTP) is entered correctly, without any errors.
  • Check that the camera settings are configured correctly, such as SMS control (OFF), Send mode (Instant), etc.
